Wove Terms of Use

Welcome to Wove. By downloading, accessing, or using Wove, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Wove is a mobile app that helps individual users manage their wardrobe, calculate the cost-per-wear of each piece, get AI styling suggestions from clothes they already own, and make more informed decisions before buying new items.
2. Your Account
You sign in to Wove with Sign in with Apple or by email. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account. If you notice unauthorized use, contact us immediately.
3. AI Features & Suggestions
Wove’s AI tagging, AI styling, and purchase-decision suggestions are for reference only. AI’s recognition of item attributes, outfit suggestions, and “is it worth buying” estimates may be inaccurate or incomplete, and the final judgment is yours to make. Wove is not responsible for any purchase or dressing decisions made based on AI suggestions. AI styling and comparisons only reference items that actually exist in your wardrobe and will not fabricate clothes you don’t own.
4. Your Content & Data Ownership
The clothing details you enter, the photos you upload, your wear logs, and your saved outfits belong to you. You grant Wove a limited license to use this content solely to provide the service to you (storing, syncing, displaying, computing, and processing through AI at your request). The Wove app interface, brand assets, icons, and underlying technology belong to the Wove team.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Wove for any unlawful purpose, not to upload content that infringes others’ rights, and not to attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the normal operation of the service. We may suspend or terminate your account for serious violations.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Wove Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, with payment processed through the Apple App Store:
- Exact prices are those shown live in the App Store at the time of purchase.
- A first subscription may include a free trial; if not cancelled before the trial ends, it automatically renews for the selected period.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription under iOS “Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions”; after cancellation, Pro benefits remain usable until the end of the current period.
- Refunds follow Apple’s policies and are filed at reportaproblem.apple.com.
7. Service Changes & Termination
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue some or all features from time to time. We will try to give advance notice of material changes. You may stop using Wove and delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimer
Wove is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranty of uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wove is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you within the app of material changes and update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
