1. How is cost-per-wear calculated?

Cost-per-wear = a piece's purchase price ÷ how many times you've worn it. Each time you tap 'I wore this', the wear count goes up and cost-per-wear goes down. Pieces you haven't worn show 'never worn' with no per-wear figure.

2. How does the free AI quota work?

AI photo tagging, AI styling, and 'Ask before you buy' share a single pool of 10 free uses per calendar month, which resets monthly. Wove Pro removes the limit on all three.

3. Will AI store or train on my photos?

No. When you use an AI feature, the relevant photo or item details are sent to a third-party AI provider only to process that one request. The provider does not store your images and never uses your data to train any model. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Will AI invent clothes I don't own?

No. AI styling and purchase comparisons only reference pieces that actually exist in your closet (every result is validated against your real items). If nothing similar is found, it tells you honestly — it never fabricates.

5. How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro benefits stay usable until then.

6. Can I request a refund?

Refunds are handled through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We follow Apple's refund rules and do not charge separately.

7. Can I take my wardrobe data with me?

Yes. Pro users can export all item photos + a CSV (with price, wear count, cost-per-wear, and wear dates) in one tap. We believe your data belongs to you.

8. How do I delete my account?

App → Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your closet, wear history, outfits, and ROI data, and cannot be undone.
